buying a 2015 EXL with nav

When is the best time to buy a 2015 ? I know there are incentives, but should I wait closer to September ? Thanks for any advice.

The best time to buy a new car is always at the end of the year. They drop the prices because they need to make room for newer car models. Sale agents usually offer more incentives to lure more customers.
