Hi all, i'm planning to buy a 1994-1995 honda civic the hatchback ones. The only problem i'm facing is that in my country no insurance company will ever accept to insure me unless i'm over 25. I thought of buying the MX model, the question isdoes the 1994-1995 civic vti and mx look the same i.e have the same body except one having vtec and the other not? And is it true that without vtec it would consume a lot of petrol?
