Default thinking bout buying my first Honda civic

Hey all,

I cant find much info on the net about a car i'm considering buying, it's a '95 Civic Coupe 1.5 LSi.
If I dont get this one, i will probably still look for others coupe's. Always thought they looked good, and as far as insurance etc goes it's great.

All going well i'm going to check it out on tuesday, it's pretty cheap, £650, £600 without Tax. So for this price what should i be expecting condition wise? there's no pictures of the interior so a little worried about that, done 130k.

This isnt going to be my main car, so i'm not looking for a mint car. but any pointers on what to check out would be appreciated.
Also, whats the performance like? 0-60 etc. The book figures are 101bhp, but no 0-60 and no weight to give me an idea.

Cheers.

130k is nothing for a honda. Not sure about the model type. Weight will probly be around 2400lbs. 0-60 on a 101hp engine? haha thats about 85-90 at the wheels...your 0-60 probly isnt even worth knowing. I have a 102hp and i put the pedal to the floor on every gear.

Anyway I hope some people on here can fill in the stuff I dont know, hope i helped a little

i dont know about the hondas over seas so i can't help you out too much in the model area or horsepower area. but i love my 98 coupe. i would say just drive the car around to make sure everything is good with the motor. check everything over twice. pop the hood, ask if the car has been in any accidents and all that jazz. 130k miles isnt nothing on a honda either.
