Look at the sticky that tells you how to find out what engine you have. Then, just to make sure the engine isn't a swap, tell us this: Does it have power windows, power mirrors, a sunroof?

Type your VIN into the Majestic Honda site:

usually its goes something like this... ex = power options (doors, windows, maybe seats ((cant remember)) ) and sunroof, as well as Vtec. LX = Same stuff, usually not sunroof, and no Vtec. DX = Power nothing, and no Vtec lol

Or something along those lines... Its Saturday, and Ive had a few beers already. Nuff said

Well based on that... I have an LX.. I can't remember exactly where the vtec solenoid is... But I'm pretty sure I don't have it. But I have power everything. That sucks. I wanted vtec. Lol. Probably a stupid noob question but is there any way to add a vtec solenoid and cam to a non vtec motor and actually get vtec out of it??

Yes its called a frankenstein. You put a vtec head on a non vtec engine, but you do need to connect some wires
