U saw a console that had a arm rest on it. Where can I get one for a 99 Civic DX? Do they have storage space inside them?

 

for a civic between 96-00 console will work. but with the upgrade you usualy need the rear bracket for the console as well.

very simple swap! i just did it on my 96dx

ebay or craigslist pretty easy to find. they do have alitle storage area but its just that SMALL storage area... doesnt hold to much!

 

as long as is in between the 96-00 years range...most parts are interchangeable!

 

for the most part yes. only interior difference between the 96-98 and 99-00 is the center audio/temp section... the older ones have cable driven temp controls and the 99-00 section have different air tubes and controls, fan assembly unit.

everything else is the same! just different material on the seats.

on the exterior the front end from 96-98 is different than the 99-00 civics and i think the coupe/hatch are different than the 4doors but im not exactly sure....

some wiring thru the car is different just between different models and options on the car from factory...

Maybe I can modify it to be bigger.......Or to hide a passive EQ.

 

yeah, just switched out mine as well. make sure you get the correct gray (ie light gray or dark gray)

 

well you cannt really make it larger because the bottom is limited in size due to the Ebrake handle in the middle. but if you get a kinda thin EQ then you might be able to chop out one side to fit it.... but definatly measure afew times before ya cut it up!
