CIVIC 17" rims

I have civic 2000 Lx with 17" alloy rim. Can regular all season tire can be fixed on this rim?

Yes. What size tires on the wheels? 17"s are too big for 92-00 Civics in my opinion. I would stick with 15", or 16" at the max.
