civic wont rev over 5000 rpm

civic wont rev over 5000 rpm

I have a 2000 civic ex and when i rev it, it reaches 5000 rpm and then it starts to shake a little and it gets stuck there and wont go higher then 5000 rpm.. Any ideas????

I Have a new line for everything already so all i gotta do is just push that bullet format and it does it for me
