most of the time you dont have to, it just makes it easyer to push out.. or you can make it real cold then change it to real hot and itll expand and contract and pop out..

 

actually, it will allow the paint to flex some and not crack nearly as bad. if u fix the rear yourself, getting it painted wouldnt be too costly. u need a heatgun, a flathead screwdriver, an old piece of abs plastic, some bondo, and some sand paper. i used to do auto body @ a chevy/buick dealership in ft. payne alabama. fixing plastic bumpers is super easy. pm me if u wanna do it urself, and i will tell u how. i hates typings!
