Um....yea, see, you can powder-coat them. It just isn't the cheapest thing in the world. At least they worked, and btw, you're AEM decal is crooked it looks like
Can't powder coat them..Paint will melt off.I got so many opinions already. I don't get charge that much to get my stuff powder coated a friend of mine owns a powder coating place. He coated my OEM upper strut-bar and valve cover..

About the AEM decal that's the way I wanted it.

well he could get it on there somehow if he really wanted. kinda pointless though. whats the point of an aftermarket header if you can't see it? well the performance of course but who wouldn't want to be able to see the nice shiney header?

did u remember to put anti-seize on the o2 sensor when you put it on the header?

Nice job, good pics! Notice any difference after putting it on? Is your exhaust quieter now?

Regarding about the O2 sensor when I purchased my sensor (denso)about 2 yrs ago it came with a little lube similar to the anti-seize. I saved it and used a little on the thread

My exhaust sounds pretty much the same it just more noticeablewhenI give it that extra punch toget that extra boost on the highwaymore likely because they are the 4-1.I feel some gains

go to gsspowdercoating.com they can give you a great deal on the look your going for. they have an awsome ceramic coat line that will not chip or peel under high temps. it would be perfect for your headers. check em' out! very reasonably priced too! i just got my whole engine bay done because they were so cheap, now my dd looks like a show car under the hood lol.
