in the DIY section of this forum there is a post about how to install a "warning chime" for leaving your headlights on.

i tried to install a buzzer following the instructions, however it did not work.

the buzzer i used was 12 volts,
is this the wrong voltage?

The OP means Danomatic93's chime DIY, here: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/foru...ad.php?t=64300

Let's see if we can get Dano to "chime in" here.

SUCCESS!! it turns out that in my car it was different prongs than the ones in the picture

i used a volt meter to determine the placement of the prongs..
