The big brand name companies are more expensive because of research and development. The stuff on ebay is cheap because it's mass produced in California by mexicans in machine shops.
Spend the extra buck.
DC and Megan are both great companies with a moderately priced line of great upgrades.
P.S. I have nothing against mexicans.

yes brands matter, althoguh you might get lucky like me, my ebay header has been doing its job quite well for the last year, although i imagien with Megan/DC i would have seen much bigger gains. Again and again it holds true: you get what you pay for
