hows it going guys im new to the forums and i want to start a Project and I like the Civic EG and the EK but im kinda confused from what i see they both look the same but i could be wrong?

can someone tell me what the differences in the EG and the EK thank u

EG generally refers to the 5th generation (1992-1995) civics, and EK refers to the 6th generation civics (1996-1998, 1999-2000).

96-98 and 99-00 EK front ends are different by a tiny bit. the rear ends are slightly different, with the exception of the difference between 96-98 and 99-00 sedan's, which have entirely different shaped taillights.

 

i personally like the EK's

 

same i really like the EG im soon to go into the military but after that i plan on starting a EK project prolly a K20 turboed Hopefully my goal is atleast 400+ hp

haha pretty intense thanks for welcoming me to the forums but it wont be for a while and stuff the way the economy is its gonna be hard so im just gonna wait until i go to the military and some up quiet abit of money.... cuz i live in bakersfield california and there ssome Fast cars down here but ive only see a few 10 second hondas down here and there both hatches
