Get them tested at Batteries Plus, Autozone, Advanced Auto Parts, NAPA, or local auto shop.

Sounds like the alternator may still be faulty.

Is the alternator belt loose or slipping? Does the charging light (battery symbol) on the gauge panel turn ON? As danomatic93 says, you should have your alternator and battery tested at an auto parts store.

Another possibility is that you have an electrical short or a bad ground. Regarding the latter, check for corrosion on your battery terminals and the connection of the negative battery cable to the body ground. Clean any corrosion on terminals to ensure good electrical contact.

I think if (for whatever reason) you're not getting power to the "I" wire on the alternator, it will do that. That wire should have battery voltage whenever the key is on.
