electrical problems- need help

while driving, all the lights "pulsate". the dash lights, tail lights, headlights, everything! it stops at times, but im sure this is disaster. can someone please help!

do you have a system in your car without a capacitor?

Is your SRS light flickering? Your car is having the exact same symptoms mine was having, and I fixed it by replacing the alternator (it was overloading). Mine is a 1999 Civic LX.
