You might check to see if you've got a milky substance in your antifreeze. If you do, chances are very good that your head gasket is leaking.

ya that seems alittle high for oil consumption..... even if its not leaving any oil spots it could still be leaking, bust out a flash light and look all around the motor so see if you got any oily spots running down the motor.
unless your doing ALOT of driving..... its gonna be leaking and/or slightly burning combo.

i would TRY adding some "ENGINE RESTORE" it comes in a silver can and goes into your engines oil and it can help some compression and help not burn as much oil, not a miracle worker but it does help!

Did you car burn/leak oil before you changed the head gasket? if not chances are you messed something up when you did it. Maybe bolts not torqued all the way or something
