Default Excessive fuel consumption

I am only getting about 240km per tank in the city and about 350km on the highway. I normally get around 500km to a tank in the city. My car is a 97 civic ex and it has a 35 L Gas tank.

I have replaced the O2 sensors, the fuel filter, the water pump, timing belt, spark plugs, and wires.

Can anybody help me figure this out.

Have you tried putting fuel injector cleaner in your car because the injectors could be dirty or stopped up, also make sure the timing is right on your car because it could be skipping at idle and causing your car to burn more gas. That is all I know.
