Biggest I would imagine is the 3.2L V6. Probably bigger with more modifications.

K20/K24 would be the next "biggest/fastest" I think
H22
B18c1
B16

That is my order of motors. The higher you are on the list, the more expensive it will be.

depends on your budget and patience. I saw a youtube video of a civic with a chevy small block in it.

Yes. Do some research to determine what is best for you money-wise, and power-wise.

I'd say a K-series will be the biggest/fastest you'll be able to swap in without a lot of work. It's not as easy as a B-series swap (pretty much a bolt-in if you have all the right parts), but it wouldn't be anything like a J-swap.

If it helps, the price of K-swaps has come down considerably in the last few years. You'll still need swap-specific mounts and axles though.

Honestly, I'd say that the H22 is cheaper than the B18c. I can find a H22 for less than $500.... but I haven't seen a B18c for less than $1500. Maybe its just something to do with where I live? I dunno. And the mounts for both engines cost about the same if you get them from Innovative or something.

If you're going H2B, then yes... its probably more expensive than just a straight B18c but you also get another 30 lbs of torque and 10-20 hp depending on the engines... (b18c is 170 hp max while H22 is 170 at the lowest)

When you say its not as easy as a B swap, do you mean that the original mounts from the dy16 fit on the B series motor?

No they don't fir to a B, still need mounts. H is geometrically bigger and just leaves you less space to work with plus whatever else.
