Looks good.

Find out if the timing belt has been changed. It is scheduled to be changed at 105,000 miles. If it hasn't been changed, you'll want to do that first thing.

I don't trust used car dealers. Really shady.

The fact that the windshield wipers don't rest in place properly makes me a little nervous about that car. It should be easily fixed (loosen bolt, adjust wiper arm, tighten), but the fact remains.

Makes me wonder... what else is wrong?

Well the timing belt needs to be changed. See if you can talk him down a bit... use the timing belt as the reason. It is suppose to be changed at 105k miles because after that you risk it snapping on you. It probably won't snap for a while but you never know so you'll want to take care of that ASAP. I think that the fact that it needs that maintenance ASAP makes it worth less. maybe $4000-4300
