Hi guys, new here, is this civic a good buy?

What happened to the exhaust pipe?
You would have to drive it & look it over closely. I wouldn't pay that for a 94, but you have to be the judge. But having said that it isn't a horrible price.

If the body checks out, feel the inside of the rear fenders, that is not too bad of a deal. Verify the CEL turns on when you turn the key to accessory.

Yeah, Maine... there's going to be rust. The first place to rust is usually around the back wheels. Definitely put the car on a lift and inspect the underside before buying.
