I always wondered though why doesn't honda ever factory boost any of their cars?
One word - longevity.

I had a Cobalt SS. It was pretty fun, though it was only an automatic =/. I couldn't afford a SC. But I know the SS/SC comes with 205hp and the supercharger. GM made it easy for them to mod, and have alot of nice accessories.. They have a stage 2 SC kit for only $500 bucks, and if I rememeber correctly.. It adds 35hp. Not to mention they have a nice cat-back exhaust for it, and a intake. (I've had an intake and exhaust on my Cobalt SS when I had it). I'll say one thing, you could hit 300hp with a SS/SC with no problem the way GM is pumping out parts for the SS/SC. But, the only bad thing when I had my Cobalt SS, my insurance was raping me. I was paying around $140 a month, and not to mention I had to help make the payments on it. Eventually it got too much for when so I couldn't afford it and I had to sell it . Man, I could only imagine how fun the SS/SC would be. I've heard one going past when I was grabbing something to eat, and hearing the supercharger whine, it made me cringe.. I was all "Damn, I can't believe i'm stuck with only an SS ." But, I could only imagine what the insurance for a SS/SC would be.. Geesh. My 01 Civic LX only costs me $65 bucks a month, which is ALOT better, if I do say so myself. Much more affordable, and I almost got my car paid off .

or u can just buy a b16a type R head with a b20 block and a gsr transmission have a vtec install in the b20 block with a skunk2 intake manifold in a hatchback. (my bestfriend has that) does 9.1 in 1/8 with only a intake and exhaust. that's it!
