Default horn doesnt work!help

well i was drving home and i saw this guy i no so i honked my horn, it worked fine, then when i got home (10 minits later) i went to go put my alarm on and usually it beeps, and when i did it, it does a really really faint beep, i tried honking the horn and it does the same thing..you can hear it, but you have to listen closly..i looked at my horn at the front of my car and you can see it moving when i push the horn..i noticed it had some oil on it from getting my car rusted proofed tho...should i get some water and try to spray it off?? or what should i do?? thanks

take off the horn and see if they got some water or somethin inside of it. Definetly check the ground/power wires for it too. A loose wire will not let it work to its complete ability.
