I just wanted to check in since it has been 4 months since I have been around. My 90 Civic is still sitting with a fuel issue as I explained back in December. I hope to get it fixed this summer. My wife is working out of State so I spend most of my time with her & the Honda is 600 miles away. I really hope I can get it fixed so I can use it to travel between the two places. The cost of gas alone would be worth it.
But anyway, I'll try to check in more often. Maybe I can help someone else out with a problem.

That's helpful, as most of us on the site drive 88-00 Civics, with a few 01 and later here or there.

Sorry for the double post. I have learned a lot on this board about Honda's. I have had my share of trouble with this 90 Civic of my moms. I'm going to just take it to a shop with this latest fuel or whatever is causing it to quit running. I know a shop in the next town from where my lives that has a mechanic that spent a fair amount time working for a Honda dealer. He drives Honda's, older ones, so he has a lot of experience plus Honda schools behind him. Once I get it back I'll follow up with an UPDATE as to what was found. I think it is a NEW Fuel Pump that was either installed mickey mouse or failed.
We live 600 miles from my mom, I want it to drive back & forth because gas @3.689 here & $4.159 were she lives The Honda with cut my gas in half from our Blazer 4x4.
