A transmission swap won't get you any extra power, but shorter gearing probably would make the car feel a bit quicker. If an SI tranny would fit that would make the car feel a bit quicker.

I assume you already have a manual. Put the Si type in will give you somewhat better acceleration and more torque to the wheels. But the engine will rev higher in fifth so your highway gas mileage could suffer some.

Actually no it doesnt have manual transmission its automatic. You have to put manual to put SI trans? I was gonna change it to manual later but for now its just auto replacement ima put? what kind of auto transmission can i put?

Right, Honda did not make an automatic Si. You really should convert the car to manual if you're interested in performance. Besides not being as efficient in getting power to the wheels, the automatics can't handle much more than stock horsepower from the engine without burning out.

Well, there is another option, Dont change the tranny, Change the gears in the Diff, in doing that, you can keep your transmission, and have more acceleration, and torque, but a lower top speed.
