hey man i would go with a black paint job and then instead of neon's get a lip kit and have that painted black as well. i would not bother with neons unless you just want them for show. its up to you and whatever you like, you will be looking at your car the most.

whatever you decide to do, i would consider notputting the racing stripes on it, but thats just me never really liked how they looked

i wouldn't go with dark colors... my civic is hunter green, and it's a b**** to keep clean!
