If he doesn't have insurance but you have Collision or Uninsured Motorist Property Damage on your policy, your company would pay to fix your car. Then they will subrogate the hapless biker to the ends of the earth.

but your it looks pretty much un fixable unless you put a new Quarter piece on... SO it will probably be totaled out since itll most likely cost more to fix it then the car is worth itself. I just had a friend with a 94 Explorer have it totaled out with a broken tailight and a little dent in the quarter panel and the bumper got smashed...
