Repeat after me:
I will not buy stupid crap.
That thing is not a turbo in any way shape or form, spinning the air in the intake is not forced induction. That thing will probably hinder the performance of your car, much less give you the 70+hp a real turbo will give you. A couple friends of mine have bought turbos at the junkyard and had em rebuilt for about $400-$500 depending on the size/quality.

RE: last noobie ? lol
I put this thing into my intake after driving my car for an hour or so. After putting it in and driving around with it, I noticed a little bit of pick-up, but nothing worth $70. Probably be better off spending your time cleaning/changing the filter on your intake instead of installing this and getting the same results. (Of course, if you take a pop can and cut it just right, you could probably have the same effect...Just don't suck it up into the manifold!!!)

seriously, I think this is the most asked question on here. A simple search will robably net you over 20 threads titled "turbonator"
p.s. its a piece of crap, save your money. A real turbo compresses air and forces it into the chamber, this theng will just "blow" air in the direction of the chamber. If anything it will interrupt the steady flow of air.
