yeah i like the second ones more, but my only question with ebay is am i getting all for rims for the price shown or am i gonna have to pay that for one rim?

it hsould usually tell you set of four. just buy from a reputable shop on there. look at his feedback, if its under 90, stay away

Lowering and a lot of snow don't get along too well. You'll find that the snow ends up everywhere! lol. sucks.
Lower it first. Hondas tend to look like monster trucks when the owner gets rims before lowering the car. That ugly wheel gap will drive you mad!
