may be a dumb question
does anyone else have a problem with water getting inside the door? If it's raining and my windows are up I can see water slowly make it's way between the window and window strip/trim. This is also why I bought some baffles for my speakers because sometimes the water will get on or near them, just want to protect them.
Would buying new bottom window trim fix this problem?

the windows slides all the way up. I'm talking about the bottom of the window though. Like if you poured water in the center of the window, you'll see some of it make it's way down inside.
the trim looks ok, no rough spots or obvious gaps, but I was wondering if it should be like this. Would newer stripping help with road noise because after putting in dynomat the drivers side window seems louder when going 55+

Cyberx is right. The weatherstripping is not perfect. Some water is expected to leak in, but it will drip out the holes in the bottom of the door. You do need baffles to divert it away from the speakers, especially if they are deeper than the stock speakers.
I don't think this leads to wind noise. That is usually from the top. Make sure the window meets the top edge parallel to the frame as it closes, without leaving a gap at one end. That can be adjusted. Also the noise could be that the door/window frame is not meeting the car properly.
