So I might be buying my first civic soon. The one I am looking at is a 2000 civic with a 5 speed. It has headers, manifold, intake and exhaust. Also has rims, tint and a few other mods. The car has 80k on it. Clean title, no accidents, great shape. They are asking 8k obo. Does that seem fair
