how did he replace his transaxle with a different tranaxle that was of the 5-speed persuation. BTW, i looked it up and yeah, it is one (transmission) that contains the diff.

just dont get 18 inch tires on your civic, i had to change my front rims completely because of it, and i dont think this could happen to you, but out of nowhere my civic just started SMOKING.

unfortunately no i am in the US as well. UK is too different for me to ride. i guess those damn auto techs didn't know what the hell they were talking about when they replaced my "transaxle" on my manual civic.

unfortunately no i am in the US as well. UK is too different for me to ride. i guess those damn auto techs didn't know what the hell they were talking about when they replaced my "transaxle" on my manual civic.

The reason I was wondering if you were from the UK is that they often refer to the tranny as the transaxle...

a transaxle is a front-drive tranny that also contains the diff. i looked it up on google.
