ive never had anybody say 17's are too big because of how they look before, just ask reaper about em he had em on his civic. and personally i think that your "rims" look about as good as my steelies on my winter car. but this isn't about our opinions on how they look, just what he will like the best and i too say get 16's because they are big enough and have a better ride quality

 

Well I dont want to just let a good set of tires go to waist so Im thinking that ill go with 14's. And most people on this forum are way to worried about what other people think.

Heck if someone wants to put 20's on a civic let them ruin their own car its not yours.

 

This. And please tell me you didn't compare his Slipstreams to steelies? Slips are some of the best looking wheels out there, IMO...
