Default "New" 2007 SI: Mistake Here??

I am probably overreacting as usual since I am very detail oriented.
Purchased a 2007 SI yesterday with 32,000 miles and paid $16,500.00. What really sold me was the fact that I bought it being Honda Certified w/100,0000 mile warranty, new tires etc.
Better yet I met the first and only owner who is over 50 and has all the service records showing that work was done on schedule at a Honda Dealer.
This has me all bent:
1. When I started to detail the car I noted that the rubber seals on the driver and passenger doors are just beginning to crack a little bit. Very minor but probably from the Florida sun.
2. Interior: Overall Very good condition, an 8 outta 10.
3. Exterior: Good Condition with a few painted rock chips etc. No dents.
4. Engine Compartment: Good the Excellent considering it has 32000 miles.

I could not swing a 20,000 dollar almost new 2008 so at the $16,500.00 range I assume that the condition is pretty damn good for the money? After detailing it I am confident that I could get my money back if I wanted to but in this price range am I just being way too picky?
Thank you.

Is it a 2 or 4 door?
