Smile Newbie suspension help!!!!

HI all I am new to this forum, I have a 2006 Civic DX, according to my friend mechanic. I need new shocks and struts, the mileage on my car is 125K. I wanted to purchase a used set of struts, shocks and springs from a 2010 Civic Si sedan. I was under the impression that the coupe suspensions from 06-10 are interchangeable, but I was wondering if the 2010 Civic Si sedan suspension will fit my 2006 DX coupe. All positive input is appreciated.

Check part numbers from the factory. That would be a dead giveaway. Check after market companies to see how they have the suspension listed. If they lump "SI" with "DX" together, then it will work. Or try a different forum (since not many of us work with 8th gens), or google.... that is the answer for everything.
