No emissions tests for pre 96 vehicles in WI now!!

In the Milwaukee Journal this morning. Good for all those pre 96. I'm in that group!

thats how it is here in PA for my car all they had to do was visual emmsions and i passed

its a lot easier for after 96 years, all they do is plug into the harness and thats it. They dont run the cars on the dyno thing, or test the exhaust. When i went for mine i was like thats it? and the guy said yeah the law changed
