Default Oh the joys of inspection

Well just got home from working on the car today, for it is inspection month. the second worst time of the year (first being christmas). Spent all day at the shop.

We patched a hole in the floor, then went to patch a hole in the wheel well on the rocker area. only to discover that it is basically rusted through on the inside all the way the entire wheel well. so we patch that... er... well good enough lol. Then we went on to the front right upper control arm, done no problem, then went onto replace the wheel bearing on that same spot. man what i pain that is... my brother must have hammered on it trying to get it off the spindle for a good 15 minutes. then finally got it done. Put everything back together, took the car for a drive.. only to discover that BOTH wheel bearings need to be replaced...[:@][:@]So in total i spent $620 (could have been alot more but it is my step fathers shop. and i STILL have work to do.... so much for ordering wheels this next paycheque

Dude That sucks. Our govener is trying to mak flroida have inspection and sh*it too, but my dad said it wont reach far because basically HALF of the car where i live will never pass inspection due to there modification. also peopel just cant afford it. and for florida to become an inspection state buisness owner is goin to have to be paying for most of the cost which they wont due also, our govener already cut school funding so now getting into a decent college just got harder also about 50,000 City employee lost there job due to some cities not having enough money to pay there employee. so im just hoping tht wont become an inspection state anytime soon , well until i get my new accord that is [8D]
