paint question
I have a 1994 civic DX that is black paint. The paint is heavily oxidized over the past 13 years. I'm trying to clean it up with a rubbing compound and a polish but it is not working to well. Does anyone know if the 94 civic DX is a base/clear combo or just an acrylic?
