Default Pedal sticking from rug.

haha, oh my goodness. So today, I was just crusing along on a 25, going about 30, then i gave it some gas and all the sudden it just stuck, well before i shifted into nuetral and got the pedal unstuck, the car got over 60. It was so fricking scary. Probably one of the scariest things in my car. Well then, I was driving down a 35, and some focus came up and wanted to race me, but i didnt really want to, so he just went about 70 down the road, and i was like hey now, let me just try to make him pissed, so i went to about 50, and was like nah screw it im not going to race on these kinds of streets, well then again my rug got pushed up and my pedal got stuck, my kept just kept going, and i was in third, and it was red lining and the kept was shaking, then i finally just put it in nuetral and went slow all the way to my desination, and then finally found out it was my fricking rug. haha, anyone else have some stories like mine?

The rug in my car does the same thing..... I think because of the plastic ridged thing underneath (which is probably suppose to keep it from slidding) actually makes it slide back and forth worse.

you could try to put in some velcro strips to keep the mat from sliding too far forward.
