Default PH15 Carb Engine to EFi w/ VTech

Hello Sir,

Good Day!

I have a Honda PH15 Carb engine. I wanted to convert it from Carb to EFi don't have budget for change engine so I just bought those items below no VTech yet:

PH16 Block
P27 Programmable Computer Box
PH16 Intake Manifold assembly COMPLETE (intake, throttle, sensors, fuel rail, injectors)
PH16 OBD1 engine harness
PH16 OBD1 Distributor with high tension wires

My question are, what are other components I need if ever I decided to go with VTech? Do I need to change an ECU from P27 to P08 or just re-program P27 to add VTech in it. Plus do I need to change also the distributor or no need. Is there any other components I need in order to go with VTech? Those are my basic questions.

Thanks in advance.
