Default Question about DRL

Hi,

I just signed up today, and hopefully someone can help me out, as I don't think this may be a big problem. I have a 2001 Civic SI. Normally when you release the emergancy brake, the DRL icon turns off and the daytime lights turn on. About 2 days ago, I released my e brake and the DRL icon remains on now, and the daytime lights will not turn on. However, when I turn on the regular beam lights when driving at night, they turn on fine and the DRL icon is gone. Plus, when I use the highbeams, the right one will not work...only the left highbeam.

Does this mean I just need to replace one of the bulbs? I checked the DRL fuses under the steering column and they were fine. Or is this something more bigger than a bulb that needs to be replaced? ANY help from anyone that may have had the same problem, or just knows if this is a typical problem, and could help would be great. Thanks.
