Yeap, you're letting out the clutch too early with not enough gas added as well. Just need to practice to know when to add gas to that "clutch point" and you'll be fine. When you do feel confident hit a hill and see if you can balance the car, if you can do that then you have pretty much learned where your clutch point is at and when to add gas.
