Hey guys, I got 17 inch wheels on my 97lx and I need to know what the best height to drop my car. Is it 1.5front/1.3rear,1.9front/1.7rear or 2.0-2.5? Please help! P.S for handling and not bouncing around while driving over bumps.

i personally think 1.9/1.7 is a good drop. how low do you want them? tire tuck? just about the tires?

just about the tires but do you think tuck look better or ugly? plus, remenber I got 17" wheels which could rub if tuck right? 1.9/1.7 is tein drop, 2-2.5 is skunk2 drop, and 1.5/1.3 is eibach drop. I might go low on what you saying but no lower then 2". I lived in snow season.

well with larger wheels and drops ITS ALL ABOUT THE OFFSET AND WHEEL WIDTH!!!!!
or if you wanna go ahead and rock negative camber... otherwise your tires can smash right into your rear quarter crushing it! and even if correct ofset you still want to roll the rear inner fender lips, they stick down and are very sharp so they can slice your tires like butter very quickly!!!!!! been there rubbed that! tires aint cheap!
