I always drive with my windows down...cuz...well my ac don't work and it fogs up the windshield when it rains...plus the wind at a 65mph is perfect

well, i was just at the drive thru today for lunch and it was pouring rain (3 - 4 inches in the street). my left side all the way down to past my knee was soaked. rain seems to be invited right into the 06 coupe. literally the left a/c vent, the entire arm rest (with window controls), and door was dripping with water. maybe it was just the intensity of the rain...not sure. there wasn't much wind though, so who knows. maybe a honda window engineer can guide us to a better answer.
