As it is right now, my muffler tipjust touches the rear bumper. Am I able to buy a rear lip without worrying about fitment issues because of my muffler?

I been wanting also a rear lip but I don't want to take it to a shop to lower my exhaust because then it will start hitting on dips and bumps

Yes you can't install it you need to lower your exhaust

 

It takes <5 minutes to lower an exhaust a little. Just go to an exhaust shop, or even AutoZone/Napa/Advance and pick up some universal hangers. They look like this, only what you see here is metal. The ones you'll need are all rubber...





Swap the stockers for these, and you're done.
