Default touching up paint on car

not sure if this is correct forum (new here) :\ but i just got a new 1994 civic (red) and there is primer about the size of a piece of paper on the driver's side of my door. I think the former owner fixed a dent or something. What would be the best way to go to have this re-painted?
thanks for any help you can give

A body shop should be able to spot paint and blend it for you if they are halfway decent. It might be best just to get the whole door repainted to make sure the paint matches and it doesn't look like a slightly different color spot on your car. Depends on how good the body shop is. I've had a spot on my rear bumper repainted without having the whole bumper repainted so it can be done.
