Hi. I have remote starter on my Honda Civic 2007 and I will buy a FOB.

1. Do I need to connect or any programming to connect the FOB and remote starter.
2. Also the remote starter used to blink a blue light which I do not see it anymore. dies it needs any battery?

If it looks like this one https://replacekeyfob.com/2008-honda-civic you need to reprogram ecu. If it blinking, maybe button has short circuit? Try to disassembly it.
