Default Reset ECU, power choke?

When I got done with installing my header about a month ago, I connected the battery and started it up. I wasn't able to let it idle for 10 min (which I think is recommended for the ECU to reconfigure itself) because I needed to move my car out of my dads garage. It drove fine, but it seemed to me that the gas mileage wasn't very good. So I thought that I would reset the ECU again and have it idle for 10 solid minutes and see if it would help.
Right off the bat I noticed that it was idling incredibly smoother, didn't even seem like it was running. I added some chevron techron fuel injector cleaner and filled my tank after I reset it, seems like i'm getting better mileage. However...... I feel a choke in power. I thought it was just mymind at first, but the rpm needle defdoesn't fly across thegauge like it used to. Is this my imagination or what?

IDK bro. I'd try resetting it again. Dive it and get it warmed up all nice and fine. Instead of disconnecting the battery, try pulling the ECC fuse. Leave it out for five minutes or so then put it back in. Then turn your car on and don't touch anything for fifteen minutes at least. Then turn it all the way off and pull the key. Put it back in immediately and restart your engine. Off you go.

I just did that today and I noticed a difference. You should be GTG.
