Oh you shouldnt need a manual, Id just replace the head bolts and check somewhere online for the torque specs and direction. Not a tough job at all.

Not 100% if this is always a sure fire way to be able to tell if you have a blown gasket...I had one so I can share my experience. The upper hose was boiling hot...the lower was cold. Coolant was not flowing because of pressure. Instead of doing the smart thing and asking a mechanic Ibought a new radiator cap, replaced thermostat and I even replaced the overflow tube. After no avail I asked a mechanic and right away told me it was a head gasket. I asked how much a gasket would cost and he told me $1300. I laughed and asked no...a new gasket not to get it done. He looked at me with a half-dumb look and then replied back with some price (if I can remember correctly) of $30. Its not too bad of a job. The hard part is that darn pully bolt ARGH that was scary to loosen. Took my dad and I about 6hrs to do it. We took our time and checked the tolerences of the oil pump and cleaned out the pick up since we already had the top end taken off we dropped the oil pan to make sure that there was no coolant in there and just doing some minor maintenance and check up.
