Most cars are like that, it's a clutch interlock switch. That's not the point though (them not being able to start the car), the point is that with the club they won't be able to put the car into gear and drive and even if you park in gear, they won't get out of 1st gear which makes driving away very difficult.

 

Very true, as well as there is a much smaller chance of your car being broken into when they can see the club in plain sight between the seats.

 

god piont about the club, also i figger out under the steering colum left side there is a relay there if you remove that relay the car woun't start not even crank
