Seeking Info on 2008-9 Civic EX's

I'm looking to buy either an '08 or '09 Civic EX Coupe and I'm just looking for any 'pros and cons' to this model. Like 'manual vs auto' for instance.

Any owners care to share their experiences? Thanks.......
