Default Should I get the undercarriage rust-proofing?

Hi, I just bought the 2006 Honda Civic LX Sedan, and I have until Saturday to decide if I want to get the dealers "super duper two-for-one special deal" of undercarriage rust-proofing (liftime guarantee) and the paint protective coating (7yr guarantee, no waxing needed in that time) for $325. Should I do this?

I'm already pretty mistrustfull of the dealer because they mislead me into paying $450 for an alarm system (also to be installed next Saturday) that doesn't do all that much more than the standard security system already in the car. When I called them to talk about the standard security system they had the nerve to tell me that the honda civic manual was lying about the features and that it has no alarm! Now I'll have to fight to get my money back.

Anyway the rust-proof undercoating seems like it's a good thing, but the alarm did as well. Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance,
Yuriy Zilbergleyt
